A California federal judge granted the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's petition to enforce an administrative subpoena against Block Inc., the maker of Cash App, saying she was "confused" as to why the Jack Dorsey-founded company opposed the petition since it had also indicated it would comply with all the agency's investigative demands.
