Parties Reach Resolution Ending Ga. Shipwreck Suit
An agreement has been reached ending a lawsuit brought against the companies that owned, chartered, operated and salvaged the MV Golden Ray, a cargo ship that capsized off Georgia's coast, according to a joint stipulation filed Tuesday in Georgia federal court.

Judge Trims Tourism Firms' Claims In Ga. Shipwreck Suit
A Georgia federal judge said a dozen-plus tourism industry workers and businesses suing companies that owned, chartered, operated and salvaged the MV Golden Ray cargo ship that capsized off the Peach State's coast properly notified them of their plans to sue, but did agree to trim some claims against the companies.
