Chili's Strikes Deal To End EEOC Sex Harassment Suit
The company behind Chili's Grill & Bar has agreed to shell out $75,000 to resolve a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit claiming it failed to act when a cook sexually harassed two teenage workers, according to a Tuesday filing in Texas federal court.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a pair of lawsuits Monday against restaurant giant Brinker International, claiming the company took no action when supervisors at Chili’s Grill & Bar locations in Arkansas and Texas sexually harassed and assaulted teenage female workers.
