An Arkansas federal judge tossed a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit against restaurant company Brinker International, saying the agency failed to show the business should have done more to stop a Chili's Grill & Bar cook from sexually harassing and assaulting teen workers.

EEOC Says Chili's Ignored Sex Harassment Of Teen Workers
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a pair of lawsuits Monday against restaurant giant Brinker International, claiming the company took no action when supervisors at Chili’s Grill & Bar locations in Arkansas and Texas sexually harassed and assaulted teenage female workers.
