An insurance agency's coverage dispute over an underlying lawsuit alleging misrepresentation of premium rates should be tossed, its reinsurer told a Louisiana federal court, saying the agency didn't provide any factual basis that the reinsurer failed to timely pay fees and expenses due under the policy.
