Travel Co. Can't Toss ERISA Suit Over Injury Qualms
A Nevada federal judge won't toss part of a suit alleging a travel company hindered the growth of its workers' 401(k) plan with excessive record-keeping fees and pricey investment funds, ruling the plan member behind the suit showed — for now — he was harmed enough to lead the complaint.
