A nicotine company and its owner agreed to stop selling e-cigarettes and associated products for which they didn't file premarket applications for U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval, according to a Tuesday motion filed in Georgia federal court.

FDA Seeks Injunctions Over E-Cig Cos.' Alleged Illegal Sales
The U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration are seeking injunctions against six companies that the FDA says did not file premarket applications for electronic cigarettes and have illegally made, sold and distributed their products despite previous warnings.
