A Delaware federal judge on Monday tossed without prejudice a proposed class action alleging that Gannett Co. Inc. is sharing subscribers' personal viewing data with Meta without permission, saying the "sloppiness" of the complaint makes it unclear what type of personal information was shared or whether Gannett is responsible.
