NJ Chemist's Bias, Retaliation Case Falls Short At 3rd Circuit
The Third Circuit refused Wednesday to reinstate a chemist's suit alleging she faced retaliation for speaking up about discrimination at a New Jersey agency, unswayed by her argument that a trial court wrongly found that denying a job transfer wouldn't discourage a reasonable worker from challenging bias.
