Actelion Pharmaceuticals has escaped, for now, MSP Recovery Claims' putative class action accusing it of scheming to hike the price of its hypertension treatment drugs, after a California federal judge said Tuesday the plaintiffs lack standing to bring claims on behalf of health insurer assignors that paid for the drugs.
