NJ Court Can't Reinstate Jobs For Exxon Whistleblowers
A New Jersey federal judge declined to enforce the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's preliminary order to restore the jobs of two former ExxonMobil analysts while the agency continues evaluating their whistleblower claims, reasoning that it only has jurisdiction over final orders.
