A proposed class suing DraftKings Inc. for allegedly failing to pay winnings on the portion of an NFL game that was halted over Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin's on-field collapse told a Massachusetts federal judge the sports betting company is taking an "immoral" stance by trying to "capitalize" on the injury.
