A Miami Beach hotel that is suing several of its insurers over $36 million in Hurricane Irma-related property damage has dropped Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Co. from the action, according to a settlement notice Thursday.

A Florida federal judge has granted Setai Hotel's motion to amend its suit against Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Co., in which it is seeking roughly $36 million in damages stemming from Hurricane Irma claims.
