Biotech company CSL Behring AG and its insurer dropped a $3.62 million admiralty action in Manhattan federal court against transportation logistics company Kuehne & Nagel Inc. over a temperature error that allegedly froze and destroyed an international shipment of 23,153 syringes of immune deficiency medication.

Alleging the "total loss" of 23,153 syringes of medication, biotech company CSL Behring AG and its insurer on Wednesday filed a $3.62 million admiralty action in Manhattan federal court against transportation logistics company Kuehne & Nagel, claiming that a temperature error froze and destroyed an international shipment.
