Fireball Maker Must Face Claim Malt Mislabeled As Whiskey
A California federal judge ruled that the company behind Fireball liquors must face a proposed class action alleging the mini bottle of its Fireball malt beverage is falsely advertised as whiskey, saying the suit clearly alleges possible ways the company's labeling could have misled customers.
