A California federal judge has tossed for good negligence and fraud claims from a lawsuit by hundreds of Taylor Swift fans who allege Live Nation Entertainment Inc. and Ticketmaster LLC's anticompetitive conduct caused the Eras tour ticket sale "disaster," but kept alive breach of contract and antitrust claims.

A California federal judge said Thursday he will give hundreds of Taylor Swift fans one more opportunity to amend a complaint against Ticketmaster alleging antitrust violations related to ticket sales for the pop superstar's Eras tour, but stressed it will be the last amendment he will allow.

A California federal judge denied Taylor Swift fans' motion to remand their antitrust suit against Ticketmaster to state court Thursday, adopting his tentative order that said he had jurisdiction over the case because the amount in controversy far exceeds the Class Action Fairness Act's $5 million aggregate minimum.
