Amazon, Drivers Gain Judge's Assent To $1.2M OT Settlement
A $1.2 million settlement resolving contracted last-mile delivery drivers' suit against Amazon over unpaid overtime wages is reasonable, a Utah federal judge ruled Tuesday, partly granting a bid to approve the deal but slashing the attorney fees.
