Fitbit Urges Fed. Circ. To Shut Down Cellspin's DQ Bid
Fitbit LLC has filed a brief before the Federal Circuit responding to Cellspin's ongoing attempts to have a California federal judge retroactively disqualified from the intellectual property suit Cellspin lost on summary judgment last year and is now attempting to revive on appeal, calling its disqualification bid "untimely" and accusing the software company of "gamesmanship."
