CSX Can't Block Possible Work Stoppage By Teamsters Unit
A Florida federal judge axed CSX Transportation Inc.'s bid to stop a Teamsters division from striking as soon as March 13 to protest timekeeping system issues that union members contend affect wages, saying the railroad company improperly filed the temporary restraining order bid but can refile it.

CSX Says Teamsters Unit Is Wrongly Threatening Strike
CSX Transportation Inc. sued a Teamsters division Thursday over its alleged threats to strike over a timekeeping issue that affects pay, telling a Florida federal court that the Railway Labor Act forbids work stoppages over what it called "minor disputes."
