Coca-Cola Suit Should Go To Florida, Cooling Co. Says
A freezer technology startup accused of failing to repay Coca-Cola for a $2.9 million loan is asking a Georgia federal court to move the case to Florida, where the borrower has a pending lawsuit alleging the beverage giant pushed it into a bad loan in order to steal trade secrets.

Coca-Cola Sues Cooling Tech. Co. Over $2.9M Payment
The Coca-Cola Co. on Wednesday sued an advanced cooling technologies maker for breach of contract, alleging it failed to repay a $2.97 million loan the beverage maker gave them for professional services related to its "Arctic Coke" machines.
