A Manhattan federal judge Tuesday entered a judgment of nearly $11.65 million, enforcing a costs award sought by the operator of the London Stock Exchange after it prevailed in a dispute with a foreign exchange company arising from its $27 billion purchase of financial market data company Refinitiv.
