Okla. City U. Law School Alum's Data Breach Suit Tossed
A federal judge scrapped a proposed class action brought by an Oklahoma City University School of Law alum who alleged the university's negligence led to a 2022 data breach that went undisclosed for eight months, saying on Wednesday that the alum failed to allege facts suggesting her personal information was misused as a result of the breach.
