P&G Says Exploding Detergent Pod Claims Don't Hold Up
A consumer's class claims against Procter & Gamble over allegedly exploding Cascade dishwasher pods are "fatally overbroad," the company told a South Carolina federal judge, saying the proposed class would likely include hundreds of thousands of customers who have never had an issue with the product, let alone experiences with them exploding.

Exploding P&G Cascade Pod Hurt Consumer's Eye, Suit Says
A consumer claiming to have been injured by an exploding dishwasher detergent pod sold by The Procter & Gamble Co. filed a proposed class action in South Carolina federal court on Thursday, arguing that the pods can spew dangerous chemicals into the air and are "unfit for human use."
