Hotel Settles EEOC Suit Over Firing Of Worker With COPD
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said Wednesday that a Holiday Inn franchisee had agreed to pay $40,000 to end a disability bias suit claiming the business fired a worker because of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
