Nursing Co. Wants Most State Claims Tossed From Wage Suit
A nursing agency urged a Virginia federal court to trim all but Fair Labor Standards Act and California Labor Code claims from a nurse's proposed class and collective action asserting wage claims under the laws of 43 states, saying neither the court nor the nurse had connections to other states.

Nurse Says Co. Uses 'Bait-And-Switch' To Underpay Workers
A nursing agency engaged in a "bait-and-switch" scheme to pay nurses less than they were initially offered and failed to pay them overtime, a traveling nurse said in a proposed collective action filed in Virginia federal court.
