Calif. Farm Says PFAS Suit 'Stretches The Bounds Of Liability'
Wm. Bolthouse Farms Inc. urged a California federal judge Tuesday to toss a proposed class action alleging that the company mislabels its "Green Goodness" smoothies as made with 100% fruit juice when they actually contain harmful chemicals, saying the suit "stretches the bounds of liability beyond reason."
