The former CEO of the company that makes Bang Energy drinks argued Thursday in a Florida federal court that a bankruptcy judge wrongly took away ownership of three social media accounts he created for the brand, saying his persona used in them was instrumental in successfully marketing its products.

Bang Energy Ex-CEO Appeals To Get Social Media Back
The former head of the Bang Energy drink company appealed a U.S. Bankruptcy Court's order for him to turn over control of CEO social media accounts, disagreeing that they were "predominately or pervasively used" to market its parent company's products and saying he has the right to control his own image.
