SEC Says Bogus NSA Worker Ran $1M Crypto Scam
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has reached a settlement with a North Carolina resident and three of his enterprises over claims he used the companies to illegally raise over $1 million in proceeds through unregistered securities offers and sales to crypto asset investors.
