Nationstar Mortgage LLC told a Pennsylvania federal court to toss a putative class action accusing the company of wrongfully denying aid after borrowers fell behind on mortgage payments during the COVID-19 pandemic, arguing that the putative class can't use their claims to enforce the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's handbook.
