Tesla is accused of infringing a pair of patents owned by Graphite Charging Co. — which cover inventions for managing the charging process of electric cars and charging infrastructure — to develop its Tesla charging stations, app and autonomous control system, according to a lawsuit filed Friday in Texas federal court.
