Biotech Firm Says It Was Stiffed Over COVID-19 Tests
Ginkgo Bioworks Inc. filed suit in federal court Monday alleging two businesses that purchased millions of dollars' worth of COVID-19 tests from the biotechnology company in 2021 have failed to pay for all of those tests, with one still owing more than $3.5 million.
