The Pike Place Market Preservation & Development Authority has sued Pike Place Fish Market Inc., alleging the popular tenant in Seattle's historic downtown market is seeking to wrestle away the "Pike Place" trademark and use it to brand products sold in non-market stores, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in federal court in Seattle.
