Caterpillar subsidiary Progress Rail, a supplier of railroad products and services, has sued rail giant Wabtec in Delaware federal court, saying its rival's multibillion-dollar merger with General Electric Co.'s transportation unit created an entity that now wields its "dominant market position" to engage in "anticompetitive exclusionary conduct."
