A New Mexico business has voluntarily dismissed its patent infringement lawsuit accusing the Dallas Cowboys of using the company's legally protected technology for a mobile app that provides fans a map of the stadium and in-seat delivery of food and drinks.

Front Row Technologies LLC hit the Dallas Cowboys with a patent infringement suit Wednesday, saying the team's mobile app, which offers fans stadium maps, wayfinding and in-seat delivery of food and drink concessions, is stepping on the patent holder's technology.
