A complicated dispute over a corporate coup perpetrated by the Canadian investment firm Murchinson Ltd. involving a $700 million liquefied petroleum gas shipping joint venture that owns the world's second-largest fleet of LPG carriers has ended with an $86.9 million arbitral award in favor of two Liberian entities.
