A residential roofing company reached a nearly $100,000 deal Tuesday with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to end the agency's lawsuit accusing the company of firing a woman who complained about misogynistic music at its Dallas facility, a filing in Texas federal court said.

A residential roofing company played vulgar and misogynistic music throughout a Dallas facility and fired a woman who complained, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission told a Texas federal court Thursday.
