Physician Assistant Axed Over Harassment Probe, EEOC Says
A pain management clinic at an Arkansas hospital fired a physician assistant for encouraging a colleague to report that a doctor was sexually harassing her and for participating in the subsequent investigation, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission told an Arkansas federal court Wednesday.
