Consultant Says Row Over Pot Revenue Belongs In Ariz. Court
A cannabis entrepreneur can't remove to federal court a consolidated fraud case from a consultant who said he was supposed to receive 4% of "marijuana entitlements" revenue under an agreement because Arizona's case-consolidation law is "unsettled," meaning she can't meet the bar for establishing federal jurisdiction.

Consultant Says Pot Co. Cheated Him Out Of Revenue Cut
A consultant for a medical cannabis nonprofit says he was cheated out of his percentage of gross sales for two consecutive years after its president illegally shifted control of the firm through two of her own companies, according to an Arizona lawsuit recently removed to federal court.
