RTX Misled Investors About Jet Engines, Pension Fund Claims
Executives at RTX Corp., formerly known as Raytheon, issued "false and misleading" statements in annual reports about the reliability and fuel economy of the company's Pratt & Whitney jet engines, leading to billions in losses, the New England Teamsters Pension Fund has alleged in a proposed class action.
