California Moving Firm Spurns Older Applicants, EEOC Says
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a class action against California-based Meathead Movers on Friday, alleging the company has for years systematically excluded workers over 40 to maintain its self-styled brand of "student athlete movers."
