Sports technology company Genius Sports Ltd. is asking a Texas federal court to compel Panda Interactive to follow the court's discovery order by sharing a copy of a settlement agreement Panda reached in a similar patent lawsuit with a different rival.

Interactive video software company Panda Interactive slapped Genius Sports with a lawsuit in Texas federal court Thursday, claiming that the sports data company willfully infringed several patents with its video streaming products that allow users to watch sporting events while placing live bets through online sportsbooks.
