Fifth Third Gouges With 'Crippling' Overdraft Fees, Suit Says
Fifth Third Bank NA was hit with a proposed class action Thursday in Ohio federal court alleging the bank has been wrongfully charging overdraft fees that, in turn, have generated tens of millions of dollars in revenue while delivering unnecessary pain on its customers.
