Wells Fargo's brass was hit Thursday with a derivative shareholder suit in California federal court alleging that the executives harmed the company and its investors by treating regulatory consent orders over consumer abuses, including a $3.7 billion Consumer Financial Protection Bureau penalty, as just the cost of doing business.
