A grocery store chain agreed to pay $75,000 to resolve a lawsuit from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission accusing it of firing an employee after she complained that a male supervisor had sexually harassed her, a Monday filing in Pennsylvania federal court said.

A grocery store worker was fired after she complained about sexual harassment from a male supervisor and was unlawfully ordered to partake in an employee assistance program that required mental health counseling, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said in a suit filed Thursday.
