A Georgia radio host who alleges that OpenAI defamed him by producing fake legal information about him asked the Eleventh Circuit on Friday to overturn a federal judge's decision not to dock the artificial intelligence company attorney fees for attempting to remove a suit to federal court when it knew it did not want to disclose information that would have established jurisdiction.
