Information technology staffing company Nityo Infotech Corp. is fighting JLL's early win bid in New York federal court in a $7.4 million brokerage fee dispute, arguing that it doesn't contractually owe anything to JLL.

Commercial real estate brokerage JLL said an artificial intelligence company breached an agreement to sublease office space in a New York City building by cutting JLL out of the dealings with the sublessee and then refusing to pay more than $57 million in commissions.
