Terror Claimants Get OK To Serve Ex-Binance CEO's Counsel
A group of claimants suing Binance for allegedly abetting terrorist attacks have won permission to serve the cryptocurrency exchange's former CEO through his domestic counsel, after a New York federal judge found Friday that the plaintiffs had tried, unsuccessfully, to find his address in the United Arab Emirates.

Binance Asks Judge To Rethink Upholding Terror Victims' Suit
Cryptocurrency exchange Binance and its former CEO Changpeng Zhao have asked a New York federal judge to reconsider his ruling allowing a bulk of claims from a group of Hamas attack survivors to move forward, arguing that the survivors do not allege that Binance had a "close nexus" to the terrorist groups that allegedly used its platforms.

Binance Can't Evade Terror Victims' Suit, But It's Trimmed
The New York federal judge overseeing Hamas attack survivors' claims against Binance and its former CEO said on Tuesday that the defendants can't dodge the suit claiming they aided terrorist groups on a jurisdictional basis, but said some of the plaintiffs are not closely related enough to the victims to bring claims under the Anti-Terrorism Act.

Binance Says Lawsuit Can't Connect It To Terrorism Finance
Cryptocurrency platform Binance has asked a New York federal judge to toss a suit alleging the firm helped foster terrorist activity, saying that it "unequivocally condemns all acts of terrorism" and that the complaint does not connect the company to the alleged acts.

2 SDNY Terror Finance Cases Against Binance Stay Separate
Two suits claiming Binance unlawfully fostered terrorist activity, filed in the wake of the cryptocurrency platform's $4.3 billion settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice, will proceed separately in the Southern District of New York, a Manhattan federal judge said Wednesday.
