The Singaporean owner and manager of the container ship that slammed into Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge and triggered its collapse maintained that South Korean shipbuilder HD Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. A South Korean shipbuilding giant said it has no ties to Pennsylvania and shouldn't be forced to appear for depositions in connection with a case brought by the Singaporean owner and manager of the container ship that slammed into Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge and triggered its collapse last year.
