An Ohio federal judge on Friday blocked the state of Ohio from enforcing a new law that classifies all products with more than a 0.3% concentration of THC as cannabis, finding that the law violates the dormant commerce clause.

A coalition of more than a dozen hemp beverage manufacturers is seeking to block enforcement of a new Ohio law that reclassified the products as "marijuana," at least the second federal lawsuit to challenge the new state policy.
