Status Report Order
MINUTE ORDER. On June 26, 2026, the court entered an Order permitting Plaintiffs to file a "skeletal" motion for fees but stayed further briefing "until 30 days after Plaintiffs' or Defendants' notification to the Court that they are unable to settle the fees matter." See Order, ECF No. 77 . Neither party has filed such notification. The parties shall file a Joint Status Report by October 8, 2026, which updates the court on the status of fee negotiations.
